‘The Argus Next 15 Offer’

Mediations Remaining: 2 Given the current economic conditions, and that often the amount of money in dispute is not great, I would like to make you the following offer:

Calendar a mediation with me, mention the word “Argus” and for the next 15 mediations scheduled on and after March 15, 2010, the first (3) hours of the mediation will be at the rate of $175/hr; (a savings of $600 off my normal rate) and additional hours at the rate of $375/hr. thereafter. In addition, I will provide you with priority and short notice scheduling and do everything I can to assist you in meeting your time frame, working within the parameters of your case and reaching a resolution. If the mediation session does not result in settlement, I will continue to work with you in an effort to resolve the case.

“Knowledge management” is extremely important to me. I take the time to prepare for each mediation, learning as much as I can about the issues. On occasion, I will do my own legal research so I am informed on the issues. During the mediation, I do my best to gather even more information, share it when permissible and brainstorm or generate ideas that lead to a resolution. My ultimate goal is to provide full service mediation at reasonable rates.

I mediate business, and tort matters, including contracts, employment, wage and hour, commercial, real estate, products liability, landlord tenant issues/disputes and lemon law. I will work with you to fit your schedule and needs.
