COST

Cost is a critical component in any professional service.  For matters involving “lemon law” and related areas of the law such as the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, we provide a preferred rate of $175 per hour for each of the first three hours and then $375/hr for each hour thereafter.

On all other types of matters, our rate is $375 per hour .

Both rates include reasonable preparation time and telephone follow-up. We request payment to be made upon the confirmation of the mediation session date. Fees are fully refundable until 10 business days prior to the scheduled mediation date.

CANCELLATION

Any party requiring a change to a confirmed mediation session within 10 business days prior to the scheduled date will be charged a fee of $250 in “lemon law” and related areas of law  matters or representing one hour of time at the agreed  upon rate in all other matters.   Any confirmed mediation session that is cancelled within 10 business days prior to the scheduled date may be charged the agreed upon rate for a three hour mediation session.

TIME

Time is money. Each dispute and case is unique in its own ways, and requires different needs and resources, as a result no estimate of time can be precise. Commercial cases require a minimum of 4 hours.

LOCATION

PGP Mediation is a very flexible, client oriented service organization. If our offices are not suitable or convenient, we can always arrange for a mutually convenient meeting place for all concerned. Our offices are located in the TCW Building at 865. S. Figueroa St., Suite 1388.

Driving to PGP Mediation is easy. We’re located at the corner of 9th and South Figueroa in the Red TCW Building directly next to the Original Pantry Building.

PARKING

Exit the 110 Freeway North at 9th Street. Proceed to South Figueroa, turn left, and immediately past the building on 8th Place is public parking at approximately $8.00 per day.
