Last week I posted a blog discussing which standards in the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators might be the most important.

While each of us, undoubtedly, has a different opinion, for funĀ  I decided to askĀ  ChatGPT how it would prioritize the standards. I did so, both from the viewpoint of a party and then from the viewpointĀ  of a mediator. Here are its responses. Do you agree or disagree and why?

Noticably, ChatGPT didĀ  not really vary the ranking of the different standards in these two situations. Do you- the reader- agree that the priority is essentially the same from either viewpoint, or do you think Chat GPT has flunked this “analysis”;Ā  the viewpoint really does matter?
